Ready to discover the unique wiring of your brain? 🧠

We recently held a training power hour for Sweaty Betty and had the opportunity to make some real change!

Neurodiversity training has become increasingly popular in the workplace, and for good reason ⚡️

The philosophy behind neurodiversity is to embrace and appreciate the wide range of brain functions that exist in humans, including differences like autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. By participating in neurodiversity training, everyone - from bosses to employees - can enjoy the benefits of a more inclusive and understanding workplace.

Here are three reasons why neurodiversity training is so impactful:

🪩 Foster a more inclusive culture - Neurodiversity training can help cultivate an inclusive workplace culture by educating all employees about the various ways in which people process information and communicate. This creates a more accepting and supportive environment that values diversity.

⚡️ Boost productivity and innovation - Research has demonstrated that neurodiverse individuals bring unique perspectives and problem-solving skills to the workplace, leading to heightened creativity and improved team performance.

🔥 Reduce stigma and discrimination - By raising awareness about the strengths and challenges of neurodiverse individuals, companies can promote a more positive view of neurodiversity and decrease the negative stereotypes that often surround these conditions.

In conclusion, neurodiversity training is a game-changer for both bosses and workers. It sparks a culture of inclusivity, boosts productivity, and unlocks a world of creativity and fresh ideas.

Here is what the wonderful people at sweaty betty had to say after our session!

“The neurodiversity power hour offered by Jess and Mia at "I Am Paying Attention" was a truly inclusive, authentic, and memorable experience.

The inclusivity of the session was evident from the outset in our pre training catch up's. They took great care to ensure that the content and format was accessible to all participants, regardless of their neurodiversity status.

What stands out the most is their authenticity. They demonstrated a deep understanding of neurodiversity, often drawing from their personal experiences. This authenticity made the content relatable and credible, allowing participants to connect on a meaningful level.

The session was not just informative; it was also exceptionally memorable. They ensured they used engaging methods such as storytelling, visuals, and real-life scenarios to illustrate key concepts. These techniques left a lasting impression on the whole team.

They provided pre session calls to ensure the content was tailored to what we needed and PDF's for the team after the session, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful approach to the learning journey.

Overall, we couldn't recommend Jess and Mia more. It not only educated participants about neurodiversity but also fostered empathy, understanding, and a commitment to inclusivity in the workplace. I would highly recommend their training services to organizations and individuals looking to create a more inclusive and neurodiverse-friendly environment.”
