The Neurodivergent Gift Guide

before we dive in, let me tell you that what I actually want for Christmas is to frolic all year round with no responsibilities, not to have to make myself THREE meals every day but still somehow have all of the nutrients I need, and also to live in a world that doesn’t feel inherently stressful. ANYWAY, if like me, you could do with a little help this time of year, let me take some of the stress off of your shoulders with this guide.

Fidget Toys 🧸

  • zebra’s my favourite, but there are plenty of options from translucent, to metallic and LOTS more!

  • know a CHEWER? depending on how tough or soft they like it, these textured silicone straws might go down a treat the way they did with one of my favourite ND humans!

Blue ice cube with the words "ICE DOL" engraved on it.
A person's hand holding a small, transparent bear-shaped object, with a white fabric background.
  • super satisfying, even just to look at, since it’s clear! if it gets a little dusty, just run it under some water. it *isn’t* unbreakable but i guess that depends on how hard you go on the stretch

  • fidgets for grown ups. the whole site! seriously. get ready to want everything jaz makes. fidgets like you’ve never seen them before, catering to a whole range of sensory preferences 😍 really, really beautiful stuff

  • ok, that’s not their real name. these might be at the very top of my list of fidgets. stretchy, twisty, super stimmy looking, and kinda nice to fling around honestly. plus, this is a pack of 12 for people who inevitably lose things like i do!

  • i have a few mini slinkies, but the transparent neon ones just have a particularly addictive quality. i’ve also handed out a few to the plethora of neurodivergent humans around me too, since this is ALSO a pack of 12

Colorful plastic coil cuffs in pink, blue, green, orange, yellow, and a yellow coil bracelet.
Colorful glow-in-the-dark magic wands, rainbow-colored glow sticks, and glow-in-the-dark stretchy worms.
A person's hand holding a small black vape device with two hexagonal screws on the top, labeled 'ONO,' against a blurred background of skin.
